Start-up Latin America

This document is part of The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Development Centre’s work on productive development and innovation and the initiatives to help boost a network to exchange experiences of innovation policies in Latin America. The document analyses existing mechanisms and policies to support the creation of start-ups in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru. Based on the experiences of Latin American and OECD countries, the document proposes guidelines to improve the design and implementation of such policies to help make them more effective.
